    Verdict

HAMADA showed plenty of promise as a two-year-old and ended 2016 with a maiden success over 1m2f at Pontefract. Gelded since, he missed the whole of last year but can help make up for lost time by landing this. Star Of The East drops back down in distance having won over 1m6f at Haydock last season. He’ll be sharper for a recent reappearance and the same comment applies to Arab Moon, who went close at Kempton earlier. Lexington Law looks high enough in the weights now having recorded a double at the turn of the year.
