In depth

Verdict

At this time a year ago, Smart Mover was racing from a 20lb higher mark and can't go much lower in the ratings while Ok By Me has been dropped 3lb despite a fair effort at Chelmsford and should be winning soon. JEREMY'S JET has had 26 starts without winning but went very close over this course and distance two runs ago and has an obvious chance of finally getting off the mark. Alligator had almost a year off before returning in October and didn't perform badly on his latest start here in December so he's expected to go well. The lightly-raced Lunar Mist may be capable of better while Joys Delight is well handicapped on the form she was showing here in November. Babette looked to have a good chance in the 2.45 at Chelmsford yesterday so that result should be monitored.
