Aberlady is no stable star and is still looking for her first win after placing at Yarmouth. A similar comment applies to Polymnia, beaten only a head at Brighton last month. Anastazia and Helfire have both won over today’s trip this year but have been beaten off higher marks subsequently while Dance Band and Enjoy Life won over 6f on their penultimate starts. It remains to be seen how LUANG PRABANG (NAP) copes with a 4lb rise for winning over track and trip but Chris Wall’s charge didn’t get the best of runs last time and may have won more easily than the winning margin suggests.
