Nonrunner

In depth

Verdict

With most of these out of form La Musique is the choice to get the better of Midmaar and Headland. The selection showed much improved form to chase home Wilford Maverick at Southwell last time, with some decent enough performers behind. In the context of this race that is solid enough form and he can go one better today. Midmaar is making his Wolverhampton debut after running a very promising race at Southwell back in January. That was a stronger contest than this and a big run can be expected with first time cheek pieces applied. Headland, like a lot of David Chapman's runners looked on the way back last time out and he could be capable of reaching the frame. Chorus Beauty looks the pick of the others, but we return toLa Musique as our idea of the winner.
