In depth

Verdict

Johnny Boom went close again at Southwell having won here before that while LEXINGTON KNIGHT returned a beaten favourite back here having scored over track and trip in October. The latter is fitted with a tongue-tie for this and gets another chance. First Charge drops down from 2m with Oisin Murphy on board while Wurlitzer has run better than form figures would suggest since returning from a break.
