      Verdict

      Foreign Diplomat scored over 6f at Chelmsford recently and has gone close over track and trip before. Lady Lydia and Dougan won lower grade handicaps on their latest starts with the latter preferred as he chases a hat-trick but the vote goes to MY TARGET (NAP). The latter was just held when runner-up over today's trip at Kempton last month and Michael Wigham's charge should make another bold bid in this. Street Force ran poorly at Southwell last time but landed a double here before that and makes more appeal than both Nezar and Hollie Point back at this venue.
