Verdict
It remains to be seen if Stansonnit's much improved effort when scoring at Southwell can be attributed to the surface. If he takes to the Polytrack, he looks sure to go close. Towering Storm won at Kempton on his racecourse debut despite a slow start, but he will not want to get too far behind on this tighter track, while the more exposed pair of Dunhoy and Littleportnbrandy have a bit to find on the book. The vote goes to AMWELL PINOT, whose best form on the turf suggests he can make a winning return to action for Alan Bailey's in-form yard.
