Grey Mirage is a rare winner nowadays but is still a force at this level and finished just ahead of Keystroke in a higher grade handicap at Lingfield a fortnight ago. The latter is not out of this either given he won over track and trip back in March. But MYTHICAL MADNESS returned to action with a victory in a claimer here last Saturday beating a horse rated 88. Now with David O’Meara after being claimed, he’s certainly up to winning in this grade if back to his best. God Willing has the past form on the all-weather to figure but this is much tougher than the seller Unforgiving Minute won at Chelmsford last month. Michele Strogoff has a shout dropping back in trip but the remainder are harder to fancy.
