EXCITING DAYS showed a big improvement at Lingfield when finishing third on his handicap debut. Bob Cowell’s charge should go close with any further progress and is just preferred to Zest Of Zambia. The latter also finished a lot closer at Bath on her first outing after wind surgery and should go well while Mister Dependable placed at Chepstow in a first-time tongue-tie and is another to consider. Both Lexington Warfare and Alianne ran well when last at this track and the former has slipped down the weights since.
