In depth

Verdict

MIGHTASWELLSMILE (NAP) won a maiden at Nottingham earlier this month and a couple of subsequent winners have already come out of the race. She should be in the mix once again now handicapping for the first time along with Makman, who has failed to build on a promising third at Kempton on his debut. Affordability never threatened the winner when placed in a nursery at Bath and it remains to be seen how the likes of Princess Holly and Kings Heart cope in handicap company.
