      Verdict

      Schelm deserved his success here last time and has been fairly raised just 3lbs for that success but he is far from certain to stay the longer trip today and a safer bet looks to be Inspirina, who gets the vote with Motarjm rated the pick of the remainder. The selection has a progressive profile and was good value for his win at Kempton last time when upped to 1m3f so the extra furlong today should cause few problems. Emma Lavelle has her team in good form at present and her runner The King And I has been running consistently well so has to be considered but may have to settle for minor honours. Latif has claims on the pick of his form but has been below par of late so is best watched and of more interest may be recent course and distance winner Motarjm. This looks tougher than the race that he won though and preference is for Inspirina.
