Daunted (IRE) Races mainly at Lingfield but has run well here in the past; in good heart and goes well for an amateur jockey.
Perchancer (IRE) Slowly away and inpeded on his reappearance after a lengthy lay off Perchancer ran well to finish a running on fourth. Should be fitter and could go close.
Swing Along Won a division of this race last season but has lost his way in previous weeks including a couple of runs over hurdles; capable runner on his day though.
Rainstorm Not won since 1998 and cannot really be taken seriously.
Hammer And Tongs (IRE) Lightly raced maiden is an interesting candidate for this type of race; probably best watched on this occasion however.
Etisalat (IRE) Possibly coming back to some sort of the form that enabled him to take a division of this race last season; jockey had a choice of rides at the declaration stage.
Mutahadeth Dual course winner but more often than not needs the run of the race; can't see that happening here.
Hoh Gem Never seems to run a bad race here and both his victories have been for this jockey; one to note at this level.
Malchik Possibly flattered by recent second in a seller to Santandre; will need to step up considerably on that effort to strike a blow here.
Private Seal Won a very moderate seller at Lingfield two weeks ago; not sure to suit this track and a little out of his depth.
Four Men (IRE) Still a maiden but has been tried in better races than this on occasions; may have some hidden ability.
May Queen Megan Without a win since 1998 and has been hurdling; no obvious chance unless the timber has sharpened up this frustrating mare.
Society Times (USA) Held by Malchik on previous run here.
