In depth

Verdict

Desert Emperor has been thereabouts over 1m2f in both starts and has the beating of Ethel Rose. Closing Show is hard to recommend but Big Wing placed over track and trip last month behind Kettle Hill. William Haggas trains the latter and runs new inmate IRISH ADMIRAL, who won at Dundalk before placing in a Listed race at Leopardstown and should make a winning start for the yard if running anywhere near an official rating of 95.
