        Verdict

        Cloudy Start appeared to be in the handicapper's grip before getting his head in front over C&D recently so may find a 4lb rise beyond him. Leyte Gulf finished behind him last time and had earlier found Corvette too good at this track while the latter has subsequently finished just behind HIT THE SWITCH. Jennie Candish's charge finished third on that occasion and gets the nod back on the same mark as when successful over track and trip in November. Kempton winner Fade To Grey hasn't raced on the Flat since 2008 though he's won three times over hurdles since then and Kieren Fallon gets the leg-up for his return.
