A tough end to the day. The tentative vote goes to the consistent Regency Red ahead of Ocean Rock. The selection finally got his head in-front ten days ago after a series of consistent if unspectacular placed efforts, and the raise of just one pound might not be enough to stop him going in again. His stable is in good form and he looks to be the one with the most solid claims. Ocean Rock is a horse in good form, having won two of his last three, however those were banded contests and so the form should be taken with a pinch of salt. However, a horse in form is always dangerous in these contests so he rates a big danger. Of the rest, Little Richard is a course and distance winner but isn't one to place a lot of faith in so is passed over, as is Asian Alliance, although that one is more interesting after a fair performance back from a long break a fortnight ago. Assuming he doesn't suffer from the 'bounce factor', he could go well, however Regency Red looks the most solid option and so he gets our tentative vote.
