Cosmic Destiny, Lady Hopeful and Thoughtsofstardom are shortlisted in this open handicap and we will take a chance on the last mentioned. The selection was disappointing when a beaten favourite at Lingfield last time but three of his four career wins have come here and he might be worth another chance back at his favourite track. Cosmic Destiny was returning from a break when finishing only a head behind our selection in mid-division at Lingfield last time. She had a much better draw than Thoughtsofstardom that day but she is sure to strip fitter for the run and can't be discounted. Lady Hopeful ran a respectable race behind Balerno at Lingfield last time and the return to the minimum trip should suit. However, she has an awful draw and for that reason is opposed. Triskaidekaphobia has the plum draw and in Darryl Holland, he could have the right man on board to exploit that. However, Thoughtsofstardom is a pretty consistent type and he looks the percentage call.
