Copper Leyf showed little on debut and Her Royal Empress looks very modest but Golden Flower has been knocking on the door lately and wouldn't be winning out of turn. She was second on her first start for David O'Meara over C&D last time. HAND IN GLOVE is much less exposed, however, and only went down by half-a-length over track and trip on her introduction. Robert Cowell's filly can go one better now with Black Rider probably the pick of the newcomers.
