Most of these have something to prove over the trip including Earth And Sky, well beaten when third over 1m2f at York last time. Striding Edge won twice over a mile on the Turf last month while Tafish returned to action with a second over the same trip at Haydock. Apex King won over a mile at Lingfield in June but BREQUET BOY was caught at the line over course and distance when last in action in March and may prove good enough on his return. Turkestan folded tamely at Haydock on his handicap bow though it’s too soon to write him off.
