A modest affair closes the card and from a shortlist containing Lady Blade, Happy Camper, Fortunes Favourite and Blade's Edge. Lady Blade has shown improvement in each of her last two runs, including once here. She looked not to get home at Lingfield last time but, with a visor likely to help her cause, she could be the one to be on. Happy Camper is a bit in and out but, if in, can be given a claim, as could Fortunes Favourite if repeating her Turf form of last April. Coolfore Jade has run well enough plenty of times at this level to be given a hope, and Blade's Edge looked as though a step up in trip based on his latest effort might be in order, so watch the betting with regard to him. Vrubel has a chance if getting back to course November form, while Maravedi's stable is in form and she has the odd bit of form and her mark is falling. Overall, though, the vote goes to Lady Blade.
