Verdict

EXNING HALT, placed in five of his 10 career starts, will never get a better chance to open his account. He handles the Polytrack and has little to beat here. Yojojo went backwards after finishing third at Beverley last June while Kuraanda is only a plater and Pullmen, Gallant Leader and Miss Chardonay have all been well beaten in bumpers. But there are possibilities about James Tate's Rahy newcomer Iptisam, who certainly isn't been overtaxed on his debut and is out of a Polytrack winner who was placed a couple of times in Listed company over a mile.
