None arrive at the top of their game though a couple have been competing in Pattern races including Listed winner Princess Shabnam. But she’s 11lb higher than when last in a handicap and TIPPY TOES is preferred. The latter is 3lb higher than when winning at Chelmsford in August and has faced tougher tasks since. Spangled Mac and Bergerac look high enough in the weights while Aberama Gold’s earlier win at Ayr came in a lower grade on heavy going. Lequinto has something to prove at this level and Strong Power makes more appeal.
