Verdict

Coolmeen Royal didn’t get home back over 6f for his handicap debut though won over track and trip before that. But CRUSH AND RUN (NAP) will have gone into a few notebooks having finished strongly at Bath once getting a clear run and Richard Hughes’ charge can gain compensation in this if avoiding trouble. Bang On The Bell won here before struggling off an 8lb higher mark at Windsor while Dusky Prince is preferred to Miss Belladonna in this grade.
