Verdict

Based on his Irish form HUMOR ME RENE is the best horse in the race and should be winning his UK debut. A winner at Tipperary and Roscommon, including over this trip, in the summer he makes his first start on these shores dropped in grade where he looks well treated so with his yard having a good record with similar types he is very interesting. Mary Helen does her best work at this at this level so is considered despite needing to improve on the official figures while Lauberhorn has less to do on that front and based on his win in a handicap in June off 67 he has a chance. The others in the race look to have plenty to do so Humour Me Rene should get off to a winning start in this country.
