Verdict

Beverley winner On Borrowed Time ran below par at Thirsk last week when LEXINGTON BELLE returned an easy winner. The latter showed a big improvement for the addition of cheekpieces and the headgear remains in place with an apprentice’s claim negating most of a penalty. Catena has gone the wrong way since winning a novices' race while Between Me And U makes his handicap debut.
