Soldiers Romance is given the vote with Priceoflove and Ellcon both worth noting. Th selection ran with great credit on his debut when finishing third of six at Wolverhampton last year. He has not been seen out on the flat since but had disappointed over hurdles on two occasions in the Autumn looking as though he didn't stay the trip. Having said that he has to be respected back on the level after a break and if showing improvement and a bit of speed then he has a chance. Priceoflove is the obvious danger after his eye catching second at Lingfield last time out proving that he will be capable of winning in maiden company. Ellcon was highly thought of at one stage but injury has plagued his career so far. This is a big drop in grade and now with a new trainer he is one to note in the betting market. But for the winner we return to Soldiers Romance.
