Vee Man Ten beat a previous winner when landing a novices' event over track and trip and can figure again while Sandridge Lad has the beating of several of these on recent form including Kadiz and Ginvincible when runner-up at Lingfield last time. He should be in the mix once again but Hanakotoba's earlier success at Kempton came over 6f and she's come up short subsequently. Oxygenic has a shout now handicapping but DRAGON BEAT is also lightly-raced and gets another chance despite finishing behind Sandridge Lad at Southwell last time. Mick Appleby's filly had earlier found only one too good at Newcastle and further progress is expected back on the Tapeta today.
