A poor seller with a token vote going to DOCTOR JAZZ, despite having something to find on these terms. He would have finished closer over track and trip last week with a clear run and Mick Appleby’s yard has been among the winners in the last few days. Handsome Bob comes out best at the weights but has been in woeful form over hurdles while Canadian George finished last of 13 on his return to the Flat, though this longer trip will suit. Hidden Depths is another with a shout but hasn’t won in 16 attempts so far.
