        Verdict

        ONE SCOOP OR TWO finished a length ahead of today's rival Idol Deputy when third over track and trip last week. Caught in the closing stages, he's only 2lb higher than October's victory at this track and gets the vote. Idol Deputy should also figure once again and Strike Force has been running well without success since scoring at Lingfield in November and looks a danger. Amana and Haywain are a couple of less exposed types worth a second glance in the betting on their first starts since last May.
