SLOPE finished second on four occasions when trained in France, including in an outing on the all-weather track at Deauville. It'll be no surprise if she proves good enough on her first start for David O'Meara and she gets the nod. Ex Ex will be winning one of these events before long judged on his placed efforts so far and Love Excel's fifth behind subsequent Listed winner Pether's Moon back in April looks better in hindsight.
