He gets the nod on that basis, while Thorpe Bay has placed form that suggests he could figure if staying the longer trip. Aussie Guest was still beaten over four lengths when third at Nottingham last time but Double Cee may be capable of better on his handicap debut. Methaen was well beaten at Kempton in his first start in a handicap but is surely better than that, while connections will be hoping we haven't seen the best of Blackburn or Topcoat yet.
