In depth

Verdict

Lujiana, Seductive Witch and Weetfromthechaff look the three to concentrate on in the opener and the narrow vote is given to Luijiana. The selection won well last time out when beating Wild Bill Tracey and although rising in the weights he looks progressive and he is taken to win again. Seductive Witch rates the main danger as he also won last time out when dead-heating with Wynburg but that horse appeared to throw victory away on that occasion and he looks vulnerable under a penalty. Weetfromthechaff is another worthy of respect on his latest second behind Vigano but no wins in 11 attempts is off-putting. Whitcombe Flyer was third behind Wynburg last time and on a line through that horse he will not be far away but the suspicion is he will be better over a longer trip. Of the others Miss Deeds is from a yard in form and could go well at a price but Lujiana looks progressive and is taken to win again.
