A modest bunch to run the rule over and NUN TODAY makes token appeal against Svindal and Nimmy's Special. Stan Moore's charge is not given a great draw by any stretch of the imagination but this drop in grade is welcomed and she does at least have winning form around this circuit. Svindal is respected from the Kevin Ryan stable. Third in first-time blinkers; he is now tried in first time cheekpieces. Nimmys Special is of interest if the market speaks accordingly. Buddha O'Neil has produced a couple of stinkers in maiden company. Captain Cavendish was beaten in an above-average maiden by the track's standards so watch out for any support. Wickedly Fast has to be respected from the George Baker stable. Drawn in box one and with Matthew Davies taking off 7lbs; it would be no surprise to see him backed in such a bad race. Ron Harris is respected at plating levels and he has Proper Tool and Spiritual Bond in this race. Woodland Violet is related to winning sprinters.
