We will select Royal Amnesty here ahead of Magical Music, Razed and Go Figure. Although he is two pounds worse off with Magical Music for the three-quarters-of-a-length that he beat him at this track over a furlong-shorter trip last time, we feel that he can keep the progress coming and run another big race today. Based on Lingfield mile form, Mystified has a length-and-a-half to find with Magical Music although, of course, they have further to travel today. Razed won his maiden but then disappointed on soft going on his handicap debut, but he should progress this year, while Go Figure ran well from his revised mark over a mile at Lingfield last time, and is another that can find more at this longer trip. Finally, much as Mambo Sun is edging back towards a winning mark, both of his wins so far have come at Southwell, and Mae Cigan is now ten pounds better off with Magical Music for six-and-a-quarter lengths based on eight-and-a-half furlong course form so can get closer today. All of which returns us to the selection, which is Royal Amnesty.
