Hurricane Coast has not finished winning yet and can add to his tally at the expense of Time N Time Again, Johnston's Diamond and Mufreh. Hurricane Coast continues to give his all and did just that over the course and distance eight days ago when dead-heating with Time N Time Again. David Flood's charge, formerly with Paul Blockley, would probably have won outright but for taking a bump on the way through, and afterwards it was revealed that that was his prep race for today's contest. Richard Hughes takes over from Johnny Murtagh and hopes are high that he can follow up. Time N Time Again looks just about held on the same terms, but Eric Alston's other runner Johnston's Diamond had been hiding his light under a bushel until scoring over the track and trip three weeks ago. The stewards enquired into the improved running of the six-year-old, with the trainer suggesting that the slower surface helped his cause. Hurricane Coast's stablemate Skip of Colour gets weight all round and has the assistance of Lisa Jones so is worth a look for place purposes at least, and Mufreh, not suited by the steady early pace at Southwell last time, is capable of getting involved. However, this has been Hurricane Coast's target and he looks up to the task.
