    Verdict

A winner has already come out of the maiden race Samedi won at Lingfield last month and she looks sure to figure on her handicap bow, especially as Foursquare Funtime and Excellent News both disappointed on their first starts in a handicap. Luctor Emergo won over C&D last week and makes more appeal than recent 7f winner Lana and winning plater Masters Club, but the vote goes to BERLUSCA, who went very close at Kempton last time and is expected to improve for today's longer trip.
