QUINSMAN was a narrow winner last time but now upped in trip can overcome his latest mark hike and take this tight handicap in front of Crazy Chris and Kames Park. Stan Moore has his string in good form at the moment and the pick has been part of that success winning three times in five starts since upped in trip and introduced into all-weather handicaps. His last two wins have seen him been delivered late and given that, the extra yardage should suit and the margins of victory are a bit misleading so we think he can win under his revised rating. Crazy Chris nearly followed up on success on her handicap debut when finding just the one too good under this burden on her last start. There should be more to come from this mare and she is high on our list. Kames Park has held his form well since back to back wins over course and distance in December but looks in need of a favour from the handicapper before getting back on top; that said, a run into the places is not ruled out. Bramlea is a course and distance winner and is competitively treated but Quisman is on top form and shows no signs of ceasing his run of good results.
