Quite a surprise to see Marcus Tregoning with a runner here, the Lycius filly Perfect Echo. Her dam was a sprint Listed winner and Perfect Echo would not have to be out of the ordinary to feature here on her belated debut. Keep an eye on the betting market with regard to her. Sir Mark Prescott runs Young Collier, an unraced son of Vettori who is hard to assess. Again, the market might shed some light. Dundonald drops back in trip, which could well suit but he was beaten in a seller last time. Our Wol, Indian Steppes and Only For Sue have average form on the surface, while Debbie steps back from a promising 10-furlong debut at Newbury. Bella Beguine is consistent but is making her AW debut. Aphra Benn, from Geoff Wragg's yard, ran well on soft going last time and is another AW debutante. Too many ifs and buts to be confident about a selection but, from draw one and with early speed, Indian Steppes is an unconfident TEAMtalk each-way selection.
