In depth

Verdict

Six of these are course and distance winners with DAHEER having won three times here at the backend of last year. He's been tackling much better company on Turf and back on his favourite track could be the value. Fierospeed was conceding Pretty Sweet 3lb when beating that rival a short-head here last month and now has to give double that amount so the runner-up should reverse the form. Third-placed Sir Edward Elgar looks held but Tricolore easily won here in March and was having his first subsequent start on the track when runner-up last time.
