The combination of a hood and tongue-tie brought a much better effort from SABAH AL WARD and she was beaten only a length when third at Lingfield. American Rose finished second over track and trip before beaten in a higher grade at Windsor while Spanish Angel has been thereabouts on Turf but has to race off a 10lb higher mark back on the all-weather having last won here in March. Munificent and Harry With Style won their penultimate starts though the latter has yet to score on the all-weather.
