Grand Vizier's latest poor effort at Southwell can be put down to the surface and the longer trip. He'll be much more at home under today's conditions but still looks likely to find ERINJAY too good. A winner at Lingfield on his penultimate start, Michael Wigham's charge won cosily, despite the narrow winning margin, when beating subsequent winner I Confess over C&D last time - he looks capable of registering a hat-trick today. Nevada Desert scored here last week but looks up against it on these terms, as does Esteem Lord, who has plenty to find at the weights with the selection.
