        Verdict

        Rapidity has shown much improved form since being sent handicapping and is taken to complete a quick hat trick, following his latest facile success at Southwell, getting the vote ahead of Bury Treasure and Hellfire Bay. The last mentioned has shown ability in maidens and could be of interest on his debut in this grade but Kevin Ryan's colt may be a shade high in the weights so looks best watched. Similar comments apply to Calistos Quest, while John Potts has had plenty of chances and remains a maiden after eight starts, a run that is likely to continue here. Bury Treasure was good value for his win here last time and Gay Kelleway's colt has to be respected off just a 3lb higher mark but it is hard to get away from Rapidity who gets the vote.
