Queen of Night makes a quick reappearance after her Southwell victory, and gets a speculative vote over Gilded Cove and Best Lead who both have plenty of weight. Queen of Night has a low draw and lines up on the back of a return to form just three days ago, so with plenty seemingly going for her, can pay to support at a decent price. Gilded Cove and Best Lead are both course and distance winners who were successful 11 days ago. Gilded Cove in particular has been profitable to follow, but the handicapper will continue to tighten his grip on Reg Hollinshead's charge. Of the rest, Hammer of The Gods who landed a bit of a touch in lesser company last time makes some appeal, while Kennington and Desert Light have it to do on their running three days ago. In a race in which bets are best kept on the small side, Queen of Night is the pick.
