Verdict

Beat Le Bon won at Goodwood in 2019 when last seen in a handicap. He’s 5lb higher today having been gelded since last summer while Lord Of The Lodge also returns to action with the 6f winner having something to prove over this far. Tranchee scored over 6f at Kempton recently but was narrowly beaten over track and trip before that while Revolutionise finished runner-up at Lingfield with Sir Maximilian behind and KEYSER SOZE posting a better effort back in fifth. That was the latter’s first outing in cheekpieces and Richard Spencer’s charge could go close now back on a winning mark.
