    Verdict

    Stand Guard will have come on for a recent outing at Southwell and landed the odds in this last year when beating lower rated horses. But he comes up against KIAMA BAY this time round and the latter shares the same handicap rating. Richard Fahey's charge is dropping down in class having competed in tough Class 2 races of late and gets the vote to come good in this company. Mr Lando and Offherocker have no chance at the weights and are easily dismissed.
