Verdict

Bang On The Bell took advantage of a lower mark on Turf to win at Nottingham but is 11lb higher back on this surface and recent runner-up Cinque Verde is preferred. Nelson Gay won on Tapeta in June and Murbih finished in front of Ecclesiastical when second at Catterick. BETWEENTHESTICKS (NAP) hasn’t won anywhere so far this year but rattled up three victories last autumn, including a course and distance success, and is finally back on a winning mark.
