    Verdict

This looks pretty competitive but Mark Johnston has won the last two renewals and SKYTRAIN could well make it a treble for the Middleham yard. The latter returned to action with a defeat of Gabrial The Boss at Lingfield last week and is just preferred to handicap debutant Coincidently. Alan Bailey has booked Richard Hughes for the Kempton winner's comeback run and she should be thereabouts along with Run It Twice, who scored here last time and can effectively race off a lower mark with an apprentice's allowance taken into account. Sewn Up has something to prove over this longer trip and Newstead Abbey will need to step up on last month's win in a maiden here.
