Kirsty's Lad was running a big race before being headed late last time and he holds Lyrical Intent based on his penultimate run but after his best run in an age we'll risk a selection on bottom weight BOY DANCER in this basement class nine furlong handicap. Having only found a ludicrously well handicapped subsequent dual winner too good last time John Quinn's charge should be able to build on that especially off a feather light weight. Kirtsy's Lad steps down in class after his bold bid from the front over course and distance last time. The form line from his place behind Keilty's Folly two starts back reads well in the context of this race and we wouldn't be surprised to see this one go very well. Lyrical Intent has a bit of form to make up based on his last run but in this class should be in the mix while Libre goes well here and is weighted for an assault on the prizes. This is a poor but competitive race in which Boy Dancer can score if building on his last run.
