    Verdict

    HAND IN GLOVE was unfancied for her debut over track and trip but went very close to catching Saga Lout. Both the winner and third have subsequently won and Robert Cowell's filly can open her account with the newcomer Belle Isle looking the main danger. The latter has plenty of speed in her pedigree and hails from a yard with an excellent strike rate at this track. Green Millionaire is likely to improve on his debut effort at Lingfield and is preferred to the more exposed Lady Calantha.
