        Verdict

        MOUNTAIN ANGEL finished behind a subsequent winner when fifth at Newcastle on his recent debut. Roger Varian’s colt should finish a lot closer with that experience under his belt and can confirm running with Fear The Fury. Ahead Of Time was placed at Kempton on his introduction though that was back in June while Life Of Luxury and Champagne Freddie are likely improvers. Of the newcomers, Dark Titan is a half-brother to five winners including last year’s Cambridgeshire winner Spark Plug with Kencumin and Basheer others to note.
