JOE JO STAR can land this handicap at the expense of King of Cadeaux and High Spec. The selection was in the winners enclosure over hurdles at Musselburgh last time out and had been showing form on the level during the autumn. He was not beaten far at Kempton over this trip in October and if he can recapture that form he is sure to be in the shake up once again. King of Cadeaux in only lightly raced and showed improvement in form when tried in cheek pieces for the first time last time out. If he can build on that form once again he will not be far away come the business end of the race. High Spec landed himself in the winners enclosure over course and distance last time at a big price but more will be needed here, so for the winner we return to Joe Jo Star.
